Olena guides fluently in all three languages. For Russian and Ukrainian-speaking visitors, this is rare — most guides on the island work in English or Portuguese only.

Frequently asked questions
Are these prices per person or per group?
Per group, up to 4 people. So if you're a couple, you pay €160 total for the full day JOURNEY — not €160 each. For groups of 5 or more, write to discuss.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before the tour. No penalty, no deposit lost — there is no deposit. Write on WhatsApp and we'll reschedule or cancel with no issue.
Is lunch included?
Not in the price — but Olena recommends and accompanies you to a restaurant chosen for where you are that day. She knows which places are actually good (and which exist only for tourists).
Can I add a levada walk to the JOURNEY tour?
Yes — that's essentially what the DAY tour is. The extra €20 covers the hiking guidance and the fact that the levada walks take more time, so the day is structured differently.
Do you pick up from outside Funchal?
For hotels in the greater Funchal area — yes, included. For accommodation in the north of the island or other areas, write to confirm — usually possible with a small adjustment.
